browser-plugin-spice software package provides XPI client for interacting with SPICE servers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install browser-plugin-spice
browser-plugin-spice is installed in your system.
Make ensure the browser-plugin-spice package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep browser-plugin-spice *
You will get with browser-plugin-spice package name, version, architecture and description in a table
